Team Lust wants every customer to feel comfortable, secure, and satisfied with their order. Please read our terms and conditions carefully. This document covers everything you need to know to feel confident about your purchase.
1.0 Terms of Sale
1.1 General Terms
All sales made through Lust Home and Outdoor Living are subject to availability and acceptance at the time of purchase. By placing an order, the customer agrees to our pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions as outlined at the point of sale. Full or partial payment may be required to secure goods, and any quoted delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate access and suitable installation conditions prior to delivery. Returns, cancellations, and warranties are provided in accordance with our company policy and do not affect your statutory rights. Lust Home and Outdoor Living reserves the right to amend product specifications, pricing, and terms without prior notice.
1.2 Stock
All products are held in UK-based distribution warehouses to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Availability may vary, and some items may be temporarily out of stock. Stock is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and placing an order does not guarantee immediate dispatch until payment and order confirmation have been received.
1.3 Delivery Estimates
Lust Home and Outdoor Living strives to provide timely and reliable delivery. All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock, location, or unforeseen circumstances such as high demand, transport issues, or weather. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery locations are accessible and suitable for the goods ordered.
1.4 Company Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund of any payments made will be issued. Alternative products or solutions may be offered where possible.
1.5 Distance Selling Compliance
Lust Home and Outdoor Living operates in full compliance with UK Distance Selling and Consumer Contracts Regulations. Customers have the statutory right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving goods, unless items are personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order. Consumer rights regarding faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods are fully respected, offering repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
2.0 Cancellations and Returns
2.1 Non-Installed Products
For products that are not installed, customers have the statutory 14-day cooling-off period starting the day after receipt. Customers are fully responsible for returning the goods in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
2.2 Manufacturer-Installed Products
Where products are installed by our manufacturers at the customer’s request, the cooling-off period does not apply once installation has commenced, as the goods become integrated. Personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order items are also exempt from cancellation.
2.3 Garden Furniture Returns
Garden furniture can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers must notify us in writing and return the item in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty items. This policy does not apply to personalised or bespoke items.
2.4 Accessories Returns
Accessories can be cancelled within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for returning the products in original condition. Lust Home and Outdoor Living will not accept any additional charges for returns. Refunds are processed within 14 days. Personalised or bespoke accessories are exempt.
2.5 Collection Option
If customers cannot return non-installed products themselves, Lust Home and Outdoor Living can arrange collection at an additional reasonable cost, details of which are below. Costs depend on the size, weight, and location of the product:

3.0 Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Methods
- Payment in Full – pay the total upfront via our secure online checkout. Orders are placed the same day payment clears.
- Deposit – pay a deposit to secure your order. Remaining balance due 7 working days before delivery. Deposits are non-refundable after 7 working days.
- Bank Transfer / BACS – immediate payment ensures faster order processing than online checkout, which can take 4–5 working days to clear.
- Finance Options – Lust Interiors Ltd t/a Lust Home and Outdoor Living is an Introducer Appointed Representative (FS Register No. 1051032) of Phoenix Financial Consultants Ltd. Phoenix is a credit broker, not a lender, FCA authorised (FRN: 539195), offering finance from its panel of lenders. All finance is subject to status and credit checks.
3.2 Payment Security
All payments are processed securely. Lust Home and Outdoor Living reserves the right to delay dispatch if payments cannot be verified or if there are concerns regarding fraudulent activity.
3.3 Refunds
Refunds for cancelled or returned items will be processed using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
4.0 Delivery
All products are delivered direct from manufacturers and UK distribution warehouses. Delivery times are estimates only.
Access Requirements & Additional Costs:
- Clear access is required (no steps, walls, fences, drainpipes, gates, or trees obstructing).
- Any additional equipment required (e.g., crane hire) must be arranged in advance.
- If safe access is not provided, delivery, return, or refund may be delayed or declined.
Site Surveys:
Depending on location, a Lust Home and Outdoor Living team member can arrange a site survey. While guidance is provided, Lust Home and Outdoor Living cannot be held responsible for any issues during installation or delivery, including access limitations, ground conditions, or unforeseen obstacles.
4.1 Tolls & Charges
Please note: Lust Home and Outdoor Living is not responsible for any tolls or congestion charges. These fees will be arranged and invoiced prior to your delivery.
4.2 Delayed Delivery & Order Storage Policy
At Lust Home and Outdoor Living, we understand that you may not always be ready to take immediate delivery. Whether you are renovating, moving home, or planning ahead, we are happy to accommodate delayed delivery requests.
We can hold your order for up to 3 months from the date of purchase.
Important Information:
Holding goods on your behalf incurs costs, including storage, administration, and handling.
If you choose to cancel your order after the applicable cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, a deduction of up to 15% of the order value may be applied. This deduction reflects the reasonable costs incurred by us in storing, managing, and restocking your order.
Any such charges are applied in line with the fairness requirements set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
