At Lust Interiors Ltd we offer a selection of special order products—including hot tubs—that are brought in specifically per customer request. These items are not held in regular stock and are ordered or prepared based on your individual purchase.
Please note the following:
• All special order sales, including hot tubs, are final.
• Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded due to a change of mind.
• This policy is in place because special order items are often customized, sourced directly from suppliers, and cannot be returned or resold.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that the item is being ordered in specifically for you and that you are committing to the purchase in full.
We encourage all customers to review their selections carefully before confirming their order. Our team is happy to answer any questions and provide guidance prior to purchase.

🔥 Hot Tub Delivery & Installation Information

At Lust Interiors Ltd, we’re proud to offer a full delivery and installation service for all hot tub purchases.

🚚 Delivery Options:

  • Kerbside Delivery – A cost-effective option if you prefer to manage the installation yourself. This includes a standard delivery fee.

🛠️ Installation Service:

Our professional installation includes:

  • Placement of your hot tub in the desired location

  • Connection to your existing electrical supply

  • Full setup and system check

  • A guided run-through by one of our experienced engineers

  • Maintenance and functionality check to ensure everything is working the same day

⚡ Customer Responsibilities:

Before your delivery and installation, you must ensure that the correct electrical supply is ready. This means:

  • A 13-amp outdoor socket within 6 metres of the hot tub location, or

  • A 32-amp supply with an isolation switch and a 6-metre cable tail in place, ready to connect.

Please arrange this in advance with a qualified electrician.

📌 Disclaimer:

If you have selected the installation service but do not have the correct electrical supply in place on the day, our engineer will not be able to complete the installation.

Please note: Installation fees are non-refundable in these cases, as the engineer’s time and booking have already been allocated.
